DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

Our ideal Experienced HVAC Service Technician is NATE certified, has a college degree, or has some trade school experience. Here are the minimum criteria we're looking for:

• EPA certification
• 3+ years of HVAC experience
• Valid driver's license

You normally start at 7:00 or 8:00 a.m. and work until the day's jobs are done. We also have an on-call rotation.

In this role, you promptly visit residential and commercial clients and do whatever it takes to fix up or maintain their heating and air conditioning systems. Your goal is to tackle 3 - 5 calls per day, providing great customer service and completing top-quality work. You keep your work area clean, thoroughly document your projects, and collect payments at the end of the job. As an experienced technician, you mentor apprentices and guide them along their own heating and air conditioning journeys!

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR Lead HVAC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN

As a Sr. Lead HVAC Technician, you will perform top-quality installs for residential and commercial clients.  Your top priority will be delivering exceptional customer experiences, so you will thoroughly clean your work area before heading out to the next spot. You will also take pictures, collect payments, fill out paperwork, and mentor apprentices, playing a massive role in our continued success.

Here's what we need from you:

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Valid driver's license

It's not required, but NATE and/or EPA certification would be preferred. A college degree or some trade school would be a bonus!

While not required, having 5+ years of experience and rough-in or service plumbing skills is desirable!

As our Rough-In Plumber, you will handle various service calls and rough-in projects for residential and commercial clients while always adhering to our meticulous company protocols.
